The range of prices for houses in Moreshet are from about $125,000 (estimated absolute total) for a 95 square meter house to about $250,000 for a 250 square meter house*. These numbers include all infrastructure and developmental charges associated with the house, the supervision of the building, and the building of the roads/common area within the neighborhood of the house. No apartments are available at this stage.

A word of caution: the house is always significntly more expensive than you think it is when starting out.

To build a house, interested couples must go through an acceptance procedure. The building process itself is time-consuming and sometimes frustrating. You must meet with the architect, sign contracts, choose tiles, fixtures, sometimes fight the contractors for this or that, etc. While this is true for all new homes, you ought to be prepared. However, it is very exciting when you actually move in!

For the current neighborhood that is open for entry, there is no target date for begining of construction, although phases 1 and 2 took two years each to build. (See some photos of houses being built)
